Our policy at Go Auto Parts is to get your order to you as fast as possible, as economical as possible, and as safely as possible. When we can, we will attempt to ship items the same day or within 1-2 days if we have the item in stock. In the event that we have to order items from our suppliers, you receive an email with a shipping time estimate when we receive confirmation from the supplier. In the event of a delay in shipping, we will notify you of the expected shipment date. Many items/orders will not ship from our location in South Carolina. Your order may come from multiple locations and have multiple tracking numbers (when available). We do our best to provide accurate shipping rates for all orders, but in some situations, additional charges may be required. This happens most frequently on large orders requiring freight service or items shipped from a third party. In the event additional charges are required, we will contact you with the updated shipping fees.
Our systems use UPS to estimate shipping for the majority of the products we sell on Go Auto Parts. We will, at our discretion, choose to ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another shipping carrier. Our goal is to be as effective and accurate as possible for shipping charges. Whenever possible, we will provide you with a tracking number(s) for your shipment via email. By purchasing products on this site, you are agreeing to this policy.
From the moment your order leaves our hands, or our suppliers’ hands, and is delivered to you, the shipping carrier is responsible for the shipment. All claims for lost or damaged goods should be reported to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. However, we value you as a customer and will work diligently with you to file any claims with the carrier.

Call Go Auto Parts immediately to report any missing items, incorrect items, incorrect quantities, etc. Unless the order is shipped directly from Go Auto Parts, missing parts or items are the responsibility of the supplier. We will work with you and the supplier to correct any issues. We know from first-hand experience that many times we purchase a part, then leave it on the shelf for months until we're able to get to that phase of our build.
We can not ship parts to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical address or we can not ship.
We do not ship internationally. Ordering online is only available to the lower 48 United States of America. Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories is available at your cost, please call us for special order.
FREE SHIPPING offers are only available to addresses in the continental 48 US unless otherwise stated in the product page details.
Freight Shipping or Special Deliveries
Items requiring freight truck shipping are only eligible for return at our discretion. In the event the item was damaged during shipping, it must be signed as Damaged upon delivery. If a return is approved, you are responsible for return freight expenses. Returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the item purchased was sold with “free shipping,” the actual cost to ship the item(s) will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Return shipping is your responsibility.
In the event, the return or exchange is the result of an error on our part and only our part, the shipping costs will be refundable, including return shipping, at our discretion.
All sales are final for a group buys items. No refund will be authorized. In the event the item is defective, an exchange may be authorized at our sole discretion.
Special Order Items
Special orders or custom items, such as custom paint, powder coating, or product modifications, are non-refundable, non-returnable. All sales are final.
Clearance and Open Box Items
All sales are final for all open box and clearance items. No refund or exchange will be authorized. In the event the item is defective, an exchange may be authorized at our sole discretion.
Unless the items are specifically warrantied by Go Auto Parts, all defective products should be handled under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
